Hidden Gem Alert! You’d never guess from the outside that this little BBQ spot tucked in a strip mall serves some of the best barbecue around. The moment you walk in, the smell of smoked meats hits you—and you know you’re in for something special. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender, the ribs had the perfect balance of smoke and sauce, and the sides tasted homemade with real love (special shoutout to the mac and cheese and baked beans). Fantastic flavorful small family-owned business!! Best mac and cheese, and their meat (I had pork, and my boyfriend had brisket) is cooked perfectly!! Great place—gets your order right every time!
