Party packages consists of enough meat and sides or desserts for your given head count. They include full chafer setups, serving ware, plastic ware, plates, napkins, BBQ sauce, and buns if you order pulled pork, or pulled chicken, or brisket. There is a minimum of 25 head count for all party packages.

Boneless meat options can feed up to 18 to 20 people per half pan. Due to either bone or cartilage weight expect less for pork ribs & rib tip options. For sides and our dessert option, our customers can expect somewhere between 15-20 servings per 1/2 pan. These numbers vary depending upon if you have a server serving out your options accurately or if your gathering is doing self service.
